However, the effort is always to “Build Quality rather than Check Quality”
Steps Taken To Ensure Quality Production:
MATERIALS INSPECTION (MI):
When the fabric and accessories reach Navitex Apparels, the laboratory
room works to ensure they meet specification requirements in depth,
density, elasticity, color fastness to washing, color fastness to light,
color fastness to perspiration, tensile creep, ironing, rubbing, abrasion
resistance, GSM Check, tearing strength, pitting test, PH check, laundering
and crocking, etc
SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCTS INSPECTION (SFPI):
The cut pieces of the garment are checked for, Check lines, forms and
sizes of cut pieces with the pattern reference. Total inspection of
sizes, stitching and look of the sewn parts according to Production
Instructions. Those unqualified are returned for amendment.
DURING PRODUCTION INSPECTION (DUPRO):
The DUPRO provides the on-line inspection, qualified inspectors check
that the corrections and improvements suggested during the semi-finished
products inspection were implemented, examine the existing productions,
advised the production incharge of any further corrections or improvements
to be made.
FINAL RANDOM INSPECTION (FRI):
The final random pre-shipment inspection takes place when the merchandise
has been 100% produced and at least 80% of the shipment packed. Our
inspectors pull a random sample of finished goods, based on a statistical
random sampling technique, commonly known as MIL-STD-105E, BS6001, ANSI/ASQC
Z 1.4, DIN 40080, ISO 2859 OR NF X06-022 for inspection. We check on
quantity, workmanship, function, colour & style, size specifications,
packing details and shipping marks, all with a view to ensure that the
contract specifications are met.
LOADING SUPERVISION (L/S):
Loading supervision ensure that finished goods are being shipped in
proper condition and in its entirety. When the goods are to be shipped
by container, we first examine the container itself, ensure the container
is safe and clean, then ensure that the stuffing operation is carried
out properly, namely that cartons are securely stacked and not mishandled.
